The winds of change are changing
The known is not here
We all believe in the future
We all want it to be right here.
The winds of change are changing
Bringing the future back to here
Everything we’re holding
Everything so oh so dear
Will soon be far, far in the rear.

The present soon too, far in the rear
The future before us
Hold it close, hold it dear but
Never forget those we cherish

I read
The old ones
And believe
They were spun
By masters
Pass deceased.
They can see
All spread out
Far and wide
They can help me
Thru and be
The master here
Within my own
Small
Little destiny.

The end of day
Must make way
For the darkness
Of night.
Must believe
We will be alright
Chartering a course
Thru the blackness
Into board daylight.
We will be alright.
Travel light, focus
And you’ll be arriving
To the morning
Blessed for having
The quiet restfulness
Of a good dark night.

May my soul find the secrets
Hidden deep in my heart
May the pleasure never
Ever, ever depart.
May I find justice
For the things unfairly done
And may the sun shine
On all those I love
Each and everyone.
May I find the strength
To stand up straight
And not waiver
In the thoughts
That can make me see
Greatness
Greatness in all of thee.
Yes
May my soul believe
And see
All that is wondrous
In this secret place
Called me.

Isn’t it a nice idea
That we can enjoy our life free of strife and all things not so nice?
It may not be so but something to work towards.
Just a bit each day, not the whole idea at once.
Just some now, some later.
Til Walla! We have arrived. We have that which we desired.
Take
These thoughts
Put them
In the back mind
Let them reside
Come
To the front
When needed.
They will be
Your guiding way
Your saving grace
Today
All thru
Tomorrow.
Just start
To believe
Believe

There’s a warmth in the trees
Across the road, down the hill
And far away from this today.
Sometimes I do believe
There’s majesty in all we do
Our breath, our beating heart
Skipping like a meadowlark.
Sometimes I do believe
We are one with God
Child, parent, desperate soul
Sometimes I do believe.
