It Does Hurt

It does hurt. It does leave a mark on my soul and my being.
Dark place right now.
Looking, striving to see the light
I know is there to free me from my sadness and despair.

It’s within me.
Just look inside and see the beauty, the integrity within.
All you need is there. Let it grow and prosper.
Be you and I’ll be me.
