Wrath Of What Has Been

I’ve experienced the very wrath
Of what has come, has been
No remorse felt or regrets that last
No happiness seen.

Let me be away from this
Be and feel pure joy, pure bliss
And that happiness
That’s been evading me.

This I ask, beg and plead
Knowing it’s up to me to be
In that embrace, that love
I want to feel and see.
