You haven’t been 
Completely honest 
With me, you or anybody 
Always telling half truths 
Bald faced lies 

The question is 
Why, why? 

Nothing gained by your actions 
All lost in the aftermath 
Of your lies 
Your sordid lies 
Lies. 

Will I tomorrow see 
A new you as you say 
The one to tell the truth 

Or 

Is it just another lie 
One of your many, many 
Lies.
