Remember when?
We were happy
The world turned
the sun shone
We were happy
No matter what
was said
in jest or a little angry
things could be worked out
We were happy
Now it seems
the world stands still
in
disbelief
The sun shines elsewhere
hiding
And
us?
We’re not happy.
