Coldly
I feel
frigid fingers
enclose me
letting no one
nothing
help me.
Coldly
I sit
in
solitude
shivering.
Coldly
I take a step
on
the icy precipice
knowing
my heart may sink
fall
into eternity.
Yet
I proceed
all alone
coldly.
