Time passes, lights grow dim
Year ends another begins.
No sadness felt only anticipation
Of newness to begin.
See Down the road, see what lies ahead
Trust your soul, trust your head
To lead you where you haven’t tread
There to be a free and happy being.
Time passes, lights grow dim
Year ends, another begins.

Clear your desk
Start again
Fresh and new
No baggage to drag in.
Take what you need
That’s proven time
And time again.
No crushing doubts
No what ifs’ to cast about
Just joyous notes
Happy times to think about.
This is now
This is your chance
Start anew
Begin the dance

Christmas comes but once a year
As does Easter and New Years
Celebrate, have some cake
Eat the treat Christmas makes.
Travel round
See the smile on the child
That believes in Santa Claus.
Feel the joy
Feel the cheer
Wrap a present for someone dear.
Christmas comes but once a year
So we should raise a glass
Of hearty cheer
And bless this day throughout the year!

Stomach hurts, pain today
Feel like just running away
Instead I’ll curl up, be myself
See the day go on it’s way
To some place good far away
There I’ll join when I’m fine
With no more hurt, no more pain
See you there, not far away.

The sun has faded from the sky
As clouds slowly roll
Across tree tops
Dropping rain on their way
To somewhere important
Far away.
I sit back
Enjoy the scene
Transpiring before me
On this cloudy rainy day
When the sun has faded
From my sight.
The world turns
The sun rises
Beams across the sky
And as time goes on
Fades from my eye.
Don’t ask why
Just be there please
By my side
As the sun fades
From the sky.

For the sake of it all
I trust it will make it right
This mighty force
That guides me
Through the night .
It will be alright.
It will take me pass
The frightening plights
That harbor sorrow
On this dark and scary night.
Lift up my eyes
Let the light beam down
Leaving not a trace
Of tears streaming
Down.
It will be alright.
The mighty force
Will help me
Thru the night.

So much is required
So little to give
Delve deep down
Deep down and dig.
Bring forth all that’s buried
Dig down and live.
Live in the moment
Not in the past
Dig down find the way
That gives joy now
Dig down, dig deep
Nothing required
Except to live.

In my delicate deception
Brows furrow, cast aside
All that is positive in my life.
Without a glance at what could be
Down it goes into the darkest night
As my delicate deception cries
Cries for those left with not a right.
A right to live, a right to be
My delicate deception
I must make right for thee.

Duty must absolute demand
Sorry for nothing nor
Furrow no brow
Masters of divine now in a scowl
Unholy bliss lifting up
Only those who think of buttercups.
Make it right, don’t deny
All those that suffer
In silence nigh.
