Why it happened
I don’t know
Dealing with the aftermath
Is not a pretty show.
Maybe I’ll be better
Maybe I’ll get thru all this

Sorrow and sadness carry me
Make the world slow
Forever, it seems no pleasure
Caring I don’t know.
Will it end?
Will I be happy once more?

They crush the spirit, they crush the soul.
We’ll never know what would have happened
If they never had been told.
Muster pass, remember this
They are not your whole world
Only a small part of it.

Didn’t know it would
Now have to accommodate
With everything I should.
Never chose the situation
Didn’t know I could
But will immerse myself

Mired down in anguish
I’d may only say half truths.
Please tell me I wouldn’t

Be above and aloof
All the lies lying there
No where near the absolute
My absolute truth.

Great expectations, wonder aloud.
Be in possession of all that is
Bought gently here, on a cloud.
No one will ponder, question or ask
But accept the greatness
One has within them to
Accomplish the task.

Is what I say
To everything today.
Sordid, angry, no patience, no way
Yeah, yeah I’ll be better tomorrow
Or maybe the next day.
See no joy, no harm in any way
Just down
It’s a yeah, yeah kind of day.
Blessed I guess, cause I can have
A Yeah, yeah day and no trouble
Consequences come my way.
Must find goodness, find a way
To see happiness
In a yeah, yeah type of day.
