Hearing the words spoken
In love and respect
Makes my heart leap and regret
All the things that I’ve said.
Not believing the actions
The smiles
The love I did get.
Now
I know there was nothing pretend
All was truthful, out in the open
Love with no end.
I will embrace all that I have
Give back, be happy
Never again be sad.
For this that you’ve given me
I will embrace, love you forever
Knowing
It’s our chosen place.

Shapes the way
I meet the day
Up to me
To see lovely beauty
In every thing, every way
There is badness
In the air
But no need to bring it in.
Let it go

You can deal with it

To the right
Straight as an arrow
Moving thru obstacles
Moving
Directly through
The dark
Sinister night
To a salvation
So glorious, so right
But
I don’t know that way
The way to go
Today, tonight
Don’t know
Either
What’s wrong
Or
What could be
Right.

Solely heard, solely said
Those words
That
Were racing
Racing around my head.
Are they good?
Are they bad?
Answers in between
Something I’ve seen
But
Never had.

The world spins
revolves around
taking lives on a journey
the world beyond.
Grass grows, birds fly
rain drops
and sometimes
lovers must say goodbye.
The world is ours
We make it what we can
happy or sad, we live our lives
as the world revolves round
once again.

Whatever I need to
To be the one I want
Can be?
The answer
Is in my heart beating
Waiting for me to ask
To see
The path I need to take
To be
Be the best at what I want
What I can be.

The earth, the sky
All that we see
Touch and feel.
No more is needed
No more
Will be revealed
For this is all
We need
All we see, touch and feel.

Of
The life I live.
Will I succumb
To
The world around me
Accept
At all that it offers
All that I need?
I don’t know
What’s to be
But
I do know I can make it
Wonderful, great, most of all
Happy.

I see the love
Sweetness, heartache
And
Strife too.
I also see
Wonders that bloom
Bring life
To my world.
I’m surrounded by things
I don’t understand
But
Keep me safe thru this day
I was born to.
