Throughout the dark, scary night
No remorse, no justifying
Just being there
Feeling feelings of despair
Knowing in my heart
I will survive.
In the morning once again
Come alive
Live the day in happiness
Breathe breath of gladness
Preparing for the night

the answer
to the life I lead, I abide
Words are given no disguise
only truth spoken
only heaven knows where it’ll lead

Heaven is

Embracing me.
Heaven gives
To those that need

Seeking answers
Trying to find
My way through
The sadness
I feel here in my mind.
Rain cries tears
From
My mournful eyes
My lips form words
I hope won’t make me cry.
And my feet
My feet run
As fast as they can
From the hurt, anger
I know, I feel
I have.
The only thing left
Is for me to abide
Hopefully tomorrow
The sun will shine
And
The only blue
will be in the skies.

Comings and goings
Will always be
Bringing good, leaving bad to be
Somewhere
That can’t hurt one lonely soul
Who needs comfort
Love and security.

Do we know what’s there
