I figure and figure
Try to scheme
The best way to maneuver
All life’s dreams
Sometimes I’m pleased
Sometimes
Not
So much
But
It all boils down
To
What I want the most
Want so much.

I Figure And Figure

Thoughts
April 27, 2023
Thoughts come, then they go
Some back to where
They need to go
Others stay in my mind
Developing, expanding, growing
Growing.
So what do I do?
Follow thru
Or
Leave them
To fester, to stew?

Where You’ve Been
April 26, 2023
I don’t know where you’ve been
My heart it cries
My soul is lost upon a sea of sadness
As
Winds blow despair
Through a place so sorrowful
So extreme.
Then you come
You are here once again
Joy rises
My lips are filled with loving kisses
Ecstasy
Thunders in my heart
Yes, you are everything
You’re all I need.
Come lie beside of me
Let us be together
Never again
For me to wonder where
You could have gone
Where you’ve been.

Heaven Help Me Understand
April 25, 2023
Heaven help me understand
All the thoughts
Going through my mind
My hands.
Are they real
Are they
Something I’ve done
Should do?
Which ones are right
which ones should I leave
What ones do I need
I understand?
All these thoughts in my head
Are they in
Within
My command?

When To Stop, When To Go
April 24, 2023
Knowing
When to stop
When to go
Is
A feat that will
Save
Your life
Make all things
Prosper
Everything , all things
Grow.

Questions And Answers
April 20, 2023
Where have you been?
What have you done?
Will you still be part of my life
or
is that all done?
These questions
I ask
The answers
I need
For I too
must go forward
and
I do hope
that
you’ll be there
With me.

Oh So Grand
April 13, 2023
Let me see all the beauty, majesty
Spread out across the land
So simple
But
Oh so grand.
Let me not take for granted
All that she has to offer
All that is so simple
Yet
Oh so grand.
Let me hear
The singing of birds, a lonely wolf
They too have a voice
Be it so simple
But
Oh so grand.

Peace
April 11, 2023
Peace has come
Peace lets me see
That the world is full of kindness
Gentleness
Most of all majesty.
Let me be in this peaceful place
Let me be
Full of gentle grace
Not judging anyone
Not even me.
Tomorrow will be
Another day
Tomorrow will let me see
That
We can all live together
In peace, love and harmony.

The Message
April 6, 2023
Let me think, understand
The message
I want to send out
To all the land.
Will it be joy and happiness
Or
Anger, sorrow
A world without bliss?
My choice to make
My choice to live
Makes no difference if
I’m old or just a young kid.

Remnants Of Winter
April 5, 2023
The remnants of winter lie
Melting away
Littering the roads, rivers
Even the optimistic sky.
Up from the last days of winter
Springing
To the cloudy skies
Buds emerge
Promising renewed life.
Living
Because of melting remnants
Winter’s last gasp
Her dying cries.
