My eyes seek
The right in the world
Power to the kind and meek
No one left behind
No one held without tenderness.
Make my heart glad
My soul soar
To the highest

I can see
All the beauty, loveliness surrounding us
Surrounding me
In the morning
Tomorrow
Will it be the same
Will we see
All this magnificence
This majesty?

Neither
Have I
None have seen

We continue on

Quietly, silently
I move through thee, the mountains, the meadows
So full of such beauty, majesty.
Tomorrow I’ll be in the midst of a stream
Flowing rapidly
Swimming with creatures silently, quietly.
I will fly in the sky
Where birds live, laugh and die
I will be for a while, one of them.
No one will know
No one will be happier, happier than me
Moving quietly, silently.

Last night I saw a firefly
it lit up
the whole damn sky.
Yes, last night
a tiny fly radiated light
made
a bit of darkness bright.

know
I have to be
the sweetest person
I ever can be.
Why?
you ask
Why
this has to be?
Cause the Creator
says
this is best for the world
and
of course
little
old me.

Make it right

An ongoing blight.
Let the world know
Let it be said
You stood your ground
You did what had to be done

Somethings are meant
To be left in the dark
Not spoken of
Not given a chance
To step out

Stomp on
A frail, fragile heart

Coursing love thru all that speak

Only loving, loving

My Heart does break
My soul knows
The past has gone
It exists
No more.
Times remembered
Times
From long ago past
Have faded in my memory
But
I thought
They’d last and last.
The land has covered
Over
The lane we used to walk
Trees died
Their stark bodies bent
Cracking in the wind
While bushes have overgrown
Where happiness
Should’ve been.
Surrounded
By empty, barren fields
Flourishing weeds covering in
What used to be
Fertile land growing crops
That
Nurtured creatures
Way back then.
Only memories
Now
Only fading memories
Of what was but not now
Or
Ever again.

The place where I had many happy times and wonderful memories.
I was overwhelmed to see what time has done.
