Hoping for a way to belong
belong to the day
I see
unfolding
Reach the morning light
caress softly the fleeting sunset
feel the rain
let the wind blow
empty
hollow thoughts away
as
I embrace the magnificence
of an ever-changing
landscape
This is where
I want to stand
my feet firmly planted
belonging
in
this day, this world
this land.

Blowing goodness
Health and prosperity
Into the arms of the waiting
Suffocating dread
Hurt and disaster.
Blowing, blowing
Blowing fresh, pure air
Into the lives of believers
Hear the wind blow
Blowing our troubles
Away.
