I write today things I need to say
Things that can’t be left in the back of a sodden mind
Need to get them out
Need to see just what they’re all about.
Today
I will write them down
Whether they be trivial or profound
That’s what I’ll write down.

The blue sky, the green
As far as can be seen
Gives me something
Sometimes.
So sometimes I write
And sometimes
Sometimes I just let it ride.
