Sleepy, Tired

Sleepy, tired
wake up from tired sleep
open eyes, rub the sleep right out
yawn quite a bit
move about
breath in, breath out.

Wake for the day starting, begin
sleep tonight after dark steps in
where once again
sleepy, tired is what is felt
begins.
