In This Day

January 3, 2024

In this day of my life
I see the love
Sweetness, heartache
And
Strife too.

I also see
Wonders that bloom
Bring life
To my world.

I’m surrounded by things
I don’t understand
But
Keep me safe thru this day
I was born to.
