Even thou it was 12 years ago, I still cry.
This picture was the last picture of Monty, just before I took him to the vets. His last ride.
It hurts so much because this was a regret I’ll never forgive myself for.
A few weeks earlier, Monty expressed to Animal communicator Sheila, that he would love to meet the female rottie who lived in the kennel outback.
I took this picture as he was trying to make it to the back to see her. I didn’t realize at the time what he was doing and was so worried that I was going to be late to the vets that I never took him back to meet her. It was later when I looked at this picture, I realized and feel I should have known.
This is a one huge regret of my lifetime.

so important that you made sure that Monty knew he was loved, so incredibly important. you had monty on your mind that day, and were trying to do the best for him, which was so hard to do.
