Tender hearts do not break 
They stand their ground 
So very strong 
Dear 
To everyone They know. 

They change lives 
They show kindness, love 
Will grow 
In places so vacant 
So cold. 

Tender hearts 
Only 
Need a chance 
A chance to embrace 
The lost, the hurt. 

Hold them 
Till they too bestow 
Tender heart’s kindness 
To all 
All they know.
