Pathetic and sad
He goes forth
The essence of bad.
No one curtails
No one dare tell
The evil one
He is going to wither
In hell.
He doesn’t know
It doesn’t have to be so
He could be happy
And glad.
All that’s required
Is to be open, generous
Considerate and mostly
Not angry, bitter
Or sad.

Working forward
Working is a process
To pass thru life
Feeling accomplished
Feeling
I’m doing my best
Will there be rewards?
Will there be stress?
I’m sure lots of both
Lots to look back on
Knowing I did all I could

This may have been written after a terrible tragedy in 2018 but my thoughts and prayers are the same now for the Ukrainian people who have suffered so terribly much.
My Deepest Sympathies to the families, friends
All who know victims in yesterday’s horrific tragedy
My prayers go out to you
To the ones whose lives were brutally cut short
Those injured
For no reason.
No sane reason.
You are in my thoughts, my words, my prayers and my heart. ❤

I know
I’ve been lost
in the wilderness
of
low self esteem
Climbing out
has been hard
rocks, crevasses
unholy shards
pierce my skin, my life
my thoughts
Still I climb
I push, pull and shove
to
a glorious world
full of
grace, courage
and
self-love.

Trying to make
All my work complete
Make things tidy
Tidy and neat
Exhaustive work
Mental trying times
When and where
Did I get so much
So much to do
In so little time?

The divine.
No path is shown
No way is clear
Trudging onward
Holding on to thoughts
Of what may be
Near.
Maybe passed by
Shrugged off
Not
Realizing
Sometimes
Good things
Stand
Being there for me
To embrace
Hiding
In
Plain sight.

Seeing armies invade, taking land
Not theirs
Hearing cries, bombs
Flashing
Deadly lights
The world reels
As despots steal countries
Not theirs
They don’t care
If lives are lost, hearts broken
Life torn apart
Seek a way to stop
This annexation of what is
Not theirs
Please God
Please show me
Show me how today.
