Deep, mysterious
Basking in sunshine
Mists of blue.
No heartache, only passion
Focused on dreams
Stories, mostly about you
Turquoise in colour
Shades of blue.
Nothing I see
Nothing I do
Will make the colour
Like your colour

Never known where I belong
Seems to me my whole family
Is just wrong.
Why? Why?
Neither does my love’s
Seem willing to embrace
Me strong.
Why? Why?
I don’t know where I belong
Wherever I go
The same seems to apply.
Why? Why?
Am I from another earth?
Do I belong in a time
Gone by?
Can’t say
Don’t know what’s wrong.
Or should I just understand
The world belongs to those
That accept different as they are
Part of the woven web
Is what we are.
We belong, we belong
I now know where it is I belong.

Caress the past
Moving forward
Beyond the last
Making new ones
As they come to be.
No one knows
Just what’s in store
Only that the way
Is open and
Pulls us through
Here to this day.
Showing
Another time
Beginning now today
But always, always
Starting yesterday.

Came back lived by me, by you.
Looking forward to days ahead
Not back at neither sorrow or dread
Only joy, “Remember it” she said.

Snow soft and white
Piling up
Has been all night.
Quietly falling
Covering
Blanketing all that shows.
The sun will rise
Shining bright
On snow covered fields
Blessed
With a insulating layer of white.

Where, oh where could she be?
At one time she was here
Right beside of me.
She kept me company
Laughed and made me see
The happy, caring way
Just what I need.
But yesterday
She left, she left me

Wind blowing
Hollering
Thru the trees
Breaking
Smashing
Everything it sees.
Cruel
Sparing none
Blowing all night
Til
The morning sun.
Devastation
Greets the day
All hard work
All blown away.
Nothing left
But clean up
Arrange
And hold back
Despair.
Know
The sun will shine
Once again
Life will go on
Even if the wind
She does blow
Strong.
