My Farewell Message To Oprah
May 21, 2011I’ve spent over the last 17 years most afternoons with you. I’ve cried, I’ve laughed and most of all, I grew. I grew into the person I was meant to be, on this journey made only for me. I’ve struggled with weight, self-esteem, confidence and found not only the route to the answers for myself, but come to understand I’m okay. I’m not perfect, never will be.
There’s only one of me and and I have come thru a lot and celebrate my arrival here, a better place – thanks to you. Without you in the afternoon, showing me, making me question and look for the help I needed, it never would have happened. Thank you. I owe you the life I now live. – Patrice
