I’m not in the company
Of those that would expose
My faults and misfortunes
Fortunately.

Fortunately
My heart’s not broken
Or my breath stripped of air
And my head still works
Fortunately.

Fortunately
I’m in the company of good
Life is filled and fortunate
Fortunately.
