I needn’t
worry
about tomorrow
or
even care
if it doesn’t show 

I will exist
I will
grow
no matter
what happens 

This is all I need to know.

In the heat of the moment

I cope

I learn to adjust
Not using mirrors, illusions
Or blinding smoke

I cope

Moving forward addressing
The matter, using kind words
Smiles and laughter

I cope

Nothing matters as much
As that I solve the issue
Adjust and move forward

That I cope.
