A little mess was made
And yet the consequences
Were not staged
They came in rolling waves
Bringing pain
Then peace
Breaking on the cheek
Grinding all the way
To aching, hurtful feet
Not sure what to do
Comfort, scold or
let be, let do

Understand, don’t understand
How the world turns round
Can’t conceive, see the concept
Of what will come to be.
All fits together, all is a mess
Nothing left undone
All’s well and is what
Is the outcome.

I’m going to be here
And over there.
I’m going to be full of brilliance
Nothing more.
I’m going to be forever
Evermore.

I don’t know the answer
Even as the question
Isn’t asked.
The flow knows the answer
It leaves it on a bed
Of relevance
Fearing nothing
Only feeling dread.
I don’t know the answer
But not to say the answer
Isn’t in my head.

Suffice to say
Sufficient to be
Happy, happy
Happy.

I march ahead
Leaving no trace, no dread.
Heading to an unknown grace
To a place I can be the one.
The only one who loves this person
The one I will become.

Going deep inside the heart
Within the soul
Feeling things I didn’t see
I didn’t know.
Crying words that have
Such knowledge
Words I need
And didn’t know I knew
Or would now know.
Breathe life lived
Deep inside the heart
Created within the soul.

I’m not sure what I’ll write
Something about yesterday
Maybe something
That will occur tonight.
No rules in place
No sayings to follow
Just hear that soft voice speak
And my writing, my words
They follow.

I wonder
Where they came to live
In what heart do they survive
And will they be known
In the future’s past?

Memories are with me
I wish had died
Memories of an existance
I think of and cry
No memories of happiness
Or pleasure survive
Remember memories
That took me out
Of the memories
That just make me sigh
Memories, my memories
That make me cry.
