They thought
I was crazy
they thought I was nuts
I heard laughter, jeering
silence
smirks that did suck.
From there I went forward
farther than most
believing in my worth
holding tight to that dream
I brought to fruition
this life
I hold close.

no need to be
sad
nor
hungry.
For the knowledge
left behind
you already know
it was good
in it’s
own time.

tomorrow’s another day

all you need

making life

What a person you’ve become
to know you
is to feel the other side

hurt and anger

far, far across the hill

where forgiveness
reigns

gentleness
is a way of life

living
