Holding me, protecting me.
No more can I see
This happening with you
To me.
I thought our lives
Would be
Intertwined forever
Forever into eternity
But
No more, no more
Can it, will it be.

Can I bypass the treacherous

What I need to see
To know?
The answer is mine
To say, to see

For it’s all there
And that’s

This to be true.
