You don’t know and I won’t tell The secrets kept That do dwell deep beneath the sky In plain sight But blind to the naked, uncaring eye.
See you when your heart opens up Your eyes do speak And your mouth remains shut Then you’ll know The secrets I speak about Then we’ll laugh and dance about. ~ Patrice

9/11 will be seen As a time of horror Heartache And oh, such bravery When 9/11 angels were sent to heaven Too much hate No saving.
Buildings will dissipate But lives lost or ruined Will be remembered Then, now and for decades The reason lost on most, everyone Not known why Most of all by those who died Really, not understood by anyone.
Life should not be deemed cheap All life is sacred, revered That is my belief Say a prayer, pray for those Who lost their lives And those Who were the reason.
For if we all can see We must live together Work together, love together In peace and tranquillity Then it will be ours forever It will forever Be. ~ Patrice
So long ago I wrote my lines of love for you So long ago I lived my life for you So long ago I found I didn’t know you So long ago I left, left before you left me too So long ago, so long ago I loved you. ~ Patrice
Conspiracy comes and flows
Taking breath
Out of control
No one knows who to trust
Where safe lives
Or
Whether the world
As we know it
Will turn to dust.
Conspiracy shows
She has no mercy
Reigning ruthlessly
Laughing at despair
Smirking
At courtesy.
Conspiracy destroys
Undermines
The beauty of innocence
And
Tenderness becomes
An unimaginable crime. ~ Patrice
