She has no mercy
Reigning ruthlessly
Laughing at despair
Smirking
At courtesy.
Conspiracy destroys
Undermines
The beauty of innocence

Tenderness becomes
An unimaginable crime.

Between morning and evening light

They are not alike.
But the in-between is hazy
Not easy to read
