Dead leaves fall
Blowing
In the breeze
Falling to the grass
Floating
In the stream.
Dead leaves fall
Gathering
On the deck
And
Beneath barren trees.
Dead leaves fall
While children
Laugh
As they frolic in those
Now dead leaves.
That fell
That
Fall.

Slowly
I head for the open gate
the door is
open
I must not wait.
Time will come
I’ll be gone
then
someone else
will guide you thru
that
open gate.
Safe, secure
you will follow me
into
what becomes
our true destiny.

some have yet
to experience, to be part of
for them
unseen
Come join me
come see when you’re ready
the earth, the world
in
it’s magnificence

around you

to be
seen.

needed to be true.

creep out, to consume
when happiness
fades

struggling to be me
to master
the method, the way

happiness

travesty
