Rain, pouring rain, cold, colder still
Chills falling, falling down again
Winter’s come, pass the fall
Summer’s gone, we’ve missed it all.
One thing we can do
Is pray for spring, feel the dew
Then summer’s warmth will arrive
Holding us, in her arms once again.

Good post. I actually don’t mind winter too much, oddly enough. I know I’m among a minority with this opinion, but I kind of like the warm, cozy times that winter brings. Happy New Year!
