Heaven told me
not to tell
About the kind gestures
You gave to all that needed love
So I didn’t
I didn’t tell
Instead
I held you in my arm’s embrace
To let you know as well
You are loved
You are needed
But
Please don’t tell
For heaven needs you
Heaven wants you
There
To do your work of kindness
Cause
You do it oh so well.
