Clouds part, sun rises
Filling all hearts
With peace
Warmth and gratitude.
Joy comes to mind
As day winds down
Folding into night
Star studded.
Holding tight
Precious souls
In their solitary walk
Through life.

I will say
What I’ll see
In the morning
Unfolding
Just before me.
No breath is taken
Carelessly
Holding on
Moving forward
Knowing I have
Heaven and earth
Backing me.

I feel
My hunger thirst
For a heart
That knows no bounds
See a stranger and know
That I am that one
And
May the world
In all it’s whole
Be a wondrous
Place to live.

Eventually
All will come to an end
Eventually
All the steel girders will bend
Eventually
Every season will thrive and die
Eventually
The answers you sought will make you cry

The happiness foretold you won’t deny
Eventually
All will be all you have

Of the words you say?

Taken them and made
A good and happy day?
Have I
Held the arms that scold
Finding goodness in every way?
Have I
Ignored harshness that hides
True feelings in their own way?
I have

That quiet voice talks
Saying things that give me thought
I listen when that quiet voice talks
Telling me what will happen
Giving choices when that quiet voice begins to talk.
That quiet voice has carried me thru a lot
Showing support, holding me up
I owe that quiet voice oh so much
And will be thankful with all my heart forever
That I have heard that quiet voice talk.
