Pleasure, focus let it be
The main thing
To bring you
To your destiny.
Happiness is not something
You leave outside
But accompanies you inside
Staying by you thru all
Thats going to be.
Laugh, joke
See the reason
The sun does rise
Leaving behind dark
Brooding skies.
Your choice all this be
Happiness, pleasure
Laugh and see.

The rings of life
See them circle
Bringing
Embracing life
Different colours
Different lines
Going round
Since
The beginning of time.

Butterfly flutters
Breathing in sunlight
Going from left
To right
Landing on a flower
That feeds just right.
Beauty encompasses
Wings in flight
Staying still
Only a second
To take a taste
Of the drink of life.

We keep secrets
We hold them tight
Never exposed
To see the morning light.
We keep secrets
Silent, secretive
They speak not a word
Sometimes to the grave
They’re carried, never heard.
We keep secrets
Untold secrets
We grasp them tight
Feeling the burden
The weight not light.

Let me see the way
Let no one bar my path
But help me
On my way.
Bask in bright sunlight
See it shines for you
Never veering, always holding
Making all dreams
Come true.

Can I fix it?
Will I be the one
That’s the hero
In a situation
That should not be?
Crushed and miserable
Full of doubt
Must move forward
Cast it out.
Smile with gratitude
Mean it
See it radiate
All about.
My strength and smile
Will cast misery out.
Can I fix it?
I have no doubt.

When I look in the mirror
I see an old lady
Starring at me.
I agonize over
Whether she
Really likes me.
Does she think
Me silly
I can’t see.
But so want to tell her
I’m happy
She got to be an old lady
Just like me!

Helps me see
The things I need to see

Hear the beauty in everything

Sadness comes and overwhelms me
It sinks into my heart
Envelopes me
No escape can I find.
Sadness reigns, is defined
By coursing thru my veins
To my head, to my heart
Sadness indeed does reign.
Sadness is in control
Is a thought
I can’t help but feel
It steals all love
All sacred thoughts.
This sadness
Great sadness is in my heart.
