Some sometimes
Fear the best
There within
The rhyme.
I don’t know
What it’s all about
All I know I need to shout
That that’s hidden
Deep within the rhyme.

What a wonderful dream
I had last night
You were in it all focused
Happy and beautifully bright.
We walked
A wondrous road
As it curved pass forest
Strong with might.
You laughed
And held me tight
You held me
All thru the night.
What a wonderful dream
I had last night
I dreamed a dream of you
Last night.

What I know, what I don’t know
What I do in spite of what the show
Playing out there, outside in the snow.
Makes no difference, makes no change
Here inside the life I play
No matter
No matter what I know or say.

Feel the breathing
Breathless breathing
All the way down to my toes
Feel the breathing all the way
Back up to the top.
Feel the beauty
As it goes down again
Then back up to the top
Please let it continue
Please don’t let it stop.
That breathless beauty
As it rises once again
All the way from my toes
Back up, back up
To the top.

Snow is falling cold and white
Coming down
All though the night
Piling up making hard
Travel thru or discard.
Snowplows roaring
Down the road
As squirrels wade thru
While horses snorting
Racing back
To barns warm and cozy
Enough of that!
Monster snow is what they say
Stay indoors don’t go away
Brace for more
Blizzard coming, blowing hard
Thru the day into night
This I think
This I’m sure
Snow is falling cold and white.

Danger! Beware!
Close by is a snare
Ready to catch you
Ready to draw you in
To make a life filled
With sadness and chagrin.
Please be aware
Please don’t go or dwell there
Your life is worth more
A thousand times more
This I must share
I really do care.
Danger! Beware!

My code of dreams may not be
My code of life must always be
Love, cherish and honesty.
That I know I must see
And strive to be deep
Here inside of me.

Tremendous feelings
Tremendous help
Moving thru a time
That does not overlap
With heartache, sorrow
Or anything else like that.
Just a tremendous time
To feel
A tremendous time
To be alive.

Gold that gleams
I may not have
A butler, chauffeur
Do not wait on me
Nor a super jet does not fly
Me all alone across the sky.
This I’ve never known.
I do have riches far and wide
Far exceeding all that gleaming gold
Rich in life, filled with love
Friends and those who hold me up.
This I know is far better than
All that drips in gleaming gold
This I know
I have been told.
