You have the expertise
The knowledge to succeed
Just follow your heart
The small voice
Speaking.
She will tell you the way to go
The right, the wrong
All things
You think
You don’t know.
She’s called
An angel
A guardian angel
Living, breathing
Just
To help you.
Listen
And
You’ll hear
All you need
Need to know.

I have been
in
a terrible place
that’s where
I’ve been
I suffered
I cried
but
nothing changed
it’s where I lived
I’ve been
Then
my world changed
a light that
had been so low
so dim
shone brightly
It lit up
all my sorrows
made them disappear
grow small
and
not as grim
I’m grateful
for that
that guided me
that
saved me
For now
I walk in happiness
no matter
what happened in another time
way back
then.

I can’t be
everything you want
I can’t be
But
I want to be
the best
I can be
The best
of
all my history
Then
maybe then
you’ll see me
As I am
and
even love me.

Let me hear the wind blow
the seas be free
to journey across the ocean
to
you
to me
Let us never again be apart
we’ll be
one love
one
heart
A smile will be the same
for
you
for me
Our laugh will echo
for all eternity
and
hand-in-hand
together
we’ll be.

You feel close to me
I feel
close to you
Together
Down thru history
we will travel
We two.

I have heard
and
know
I have to be
the sweetest person
I ever can be.
Why?
you ask
Why
this has to be?
Cause the Creator
says
this is best for the world
and
of course
little
old me.

You chose me
I didn’t choose you
We are
so different
we wouldn’t
agree
on anything
I’m sure
too
Why have you come?
What will you do?
Not that I care
cause
you see
I didn’t choose you.

A sentimental journey
I have taken
today
down the old path
into history’s
yesterday
Reliving things
from the past
some I wish
I didn’t remember
of
that time
yesterday
Then I hear
the call
the call I heard
too
on that day
yesterday
Telling me
I’m on a journey
I need to relive
not only
yesterday
But
today
to know where
I’ve come from
where
I travelled
To bring me
here
all the way
from
yesterday.

Sitting still
I hear
your voice
My heart
skips
a beat
my mind rejoices
You are near
you
are here
Nothing else matters
I love you
so
much
Oh
my sweet dear.

I know once again
You are near to me
I feel your touch
Your breath breathing
Quietly
My heart pounds
My finger seek
To caress
The very essence of you
That be
To keep
Keep you forever
Here
Near to me
