Peace and quiet
is
what I get
with
sounds of silence
I won’t forget.
Moving softly
beneath the sky
looking
trying my best
not to cry.
For above
and
all around me
beauty reigns
not speaking
anything.
Yet
clearly
I hear a sweet refrain
echoing, echoing
all through
this magnificent terrain.

sick

hate.

the shore

the waves
to wash in goodness

pure

the wilderness
