Completely honest
With me, you or anybody
Always telling half truths
Bald faced lies
The question is
Why, why?
Nothing gained by your actions
All lost in the aftermath
Of your lies
Your sordid lies
Lies.
Will I tomorrow see
A new you as you say
The one to tell the truth
Or
Is it just another lie

the mood sodden
with anger.

open to loving, caring
about me.

not exist

our hearts pound
our souls rise.

come falling in
filling
up my heart
all the way
to
my chin.
Love spilling out
spreading
through the world
everywhere
all about.
Give me more
make it much
loving
caring
you can’t have
too much.

nothing
compared to you.
It does not
raise the temperature
it doesn’t make
the news.
But it’s
where I’ve been
it’s
what I’ve seen
it’s everything.
