I don’t know
Nor will I be
Entrenched in anything
Filled with misery
I won’t call
Weep or wail
Sad words
They won’t prevail.
Marching on
Marching forward
Taking positive
Shielding my soul
From all
Nothing more
Than
A coward.
See that light
Feel it fill the sky
Warm my heart
Pour radiance
Throughout the world
Bring glad tears
Healing
To my eyes.
