Ideas come
sometimes they flow
then
then sometimes
they stop.
The page is blank
not a thought, not anything
just a slate, a page
that’s clear.
Then
then all of a sudden
they flow
in a rushing, gushing river
that overflows.
What a time, a place to be
for it’s then I know
I have ideas that will grow
and grow and grow.

The sun shines bright
bringing morning
into daylight
birds sing, squirrels fly
looking for feasts
in the clear morning
light.
Nothing could go wrong
nothing could be bad
hoping for the best
in the bright morning
sunlight.

is
the best of you
the world
in all
it’s splendour
that’s
what I’ve seen
No anger nor hate
none
of that
is
what I’ve seen
What I’ve seen
is it true
or
would you remind me
that
what I’ve seen
is
just, only
a lovely, recurring dream.

Fill the store
Empty the heart of things vicious
Tearing you apart
Please go
Please depart
Let the sun shine in
The love to flow
The world know you are gentle
All good things fill
Your store and loving heart.

You’ve been with me
I believe
no amount of time will pass
without you near.
Remorse in the beginning
crying that will cease
becoming memories of laughter and play
things talked about shown, learned
and explained.
No farther away
than a thought in my head
for I see your voice speaking
your eyes filled with kindness
no dread.
I know I can go forward
I know I’ll be ok
for you’ll be with me
forever
forever and a day.

Another day not the same
A cloud, a veil
Lifted
Now I see my terrain.
All is clear
My purpose, my direction
My refrain.
I sing and live
What gives me satisfaction
Gives me
A life to live.

Going forward

Getting up
Feeling rain
pouring in
Sky
thunderous blue
Earth
drenched.
Holding on
getting thru
storm ends
Sun shines

once again
I’ll be with you.

Let them be part of the solution
Part of the ever evolving history.
Let them work
Let them play and be happy
For all will come to an end.
So let the trip, the journey
Be a good one
To last long into eternity.
