Sitting here wondering
What has begun
What will take place
What has run to it’s end
What has not.
These are things I think about
I take to my heart
For it must live through every single thing
Every single bit and not skip a beat

On a bed of sadness

It skipped a beat.

Lost without you
Near me.
You make me whole
A life to love
With arms wrapped
Around my soul.

Filled with love
Together always
In everlasting love.

Let me figure it out
Thoughts run through my mind
trying to see the answer to make everything
I want to happen
come about.
Think seriously, think again
see the path, the way
construct how I’m going to get there
the why, where
and
how it’s going to come about
Let me sit down quietly
take a deep, soft breath in

We come to see
The beauty in nature
Here, for all
To see.
Just take a breath
Look around
See
All the magnificence
That nature has given
To you, to me

Snow flies
And we answer
Why? Why?
Blizzards blow fierce white
Changing darkness
Into a brilliant seeing night.
Cold with icicles
Dripping down
Covering a frigid, frozen ground.
Rivers run underneath
A covering of ice and snow
Sometimes more than a foot deep.
We live thru this
We
We do exist.

Changing everything we think
We know
Tomorrow will be different
Tomorrow another day
Changing in weather, beliefs
So many ways
Still here we are
In the midst of those changes
Changing our thoughts

Changing this day.

Ghosts of devils past
Reign
Their leering faces laugh
Shrieking insane
It goes on and on
It seems to last
And
Last and last.
Those devils are just ghosts
Still
They haunt my head, my heart
They make me relive thoughts
I’d rather not
Those ghosts
Those devils of the past.

Soldiers soldier
lovers love
Peace, tranquillity
come to those that soldier on
with love
Make me not
one
that believes
not in love
Make me a soldier
in that army conquering
hatred, prejudice
giving only
unconditional love.
