Fulfil the heart
the soul
follow your dreams
to the end
of
the storied road.
Pause
let this journey sink in
soak your soul
in
the many varied stories
you’ll experience
be told.
Fill
your heart with love
let it be carried
forever
in your soul.

Wouldn’t it be nice
If the world laughed
No one cried and in the sea
No fish, no lives
No one
No one died.
Wouldn’t it be nice
If the world turned
Looking at itself
Making no excuses, no lies
Just told the truth
With open-hearted sighs.
Wouldn’t it be nice
If the world alone
Gave all the happiness
Needed to survive
Holding everyone in a grasp
So tender, so alive.
Wouldn’t it be nice, Wouldn’t it be nice

He died today
But really
Tomorrow.
We said goodbye
With such
Great sorrow.
No heart could
Break
As much as ours.
We sobbed and sobbed
We knew there would be
No tomorrow.

Art is a thing of
Beauty
Sweetness
Strength
Anger
Kindness
Remorse
Compassion
Honesty
and
Bliss.
Not just a Man’s name.

Feel the snow fly
The blizzard roar
And the sky cry.
A storm
Blows across
A cold, barren land.
No soul ventures out
No one wants to know
How cold winter is.
Blowing
Covering all
The freezing land.

Are our thoughts real
Or dreams we lived
In bed at night
Moving thru
An existence surreal
Living as life.
Are the things we see
Real or imagery
Will they move in life
Or just be known
Seen
In the realm of night.

I fell off the world’s face
Down into the depths
Of disgrace
No hope, no saving grace
Mired deep
In a unholy place.
Then out of that depth
A saviour came
Putting his arms around
Making me claim my place
In blessed, holy time.
I live
Making no mistakes
Doing no crime
I see the world’s true face
It is such a wondrous place
And is now mine.

Experience life
Experience joy
Watch the tide rise
The heart breathe
A pounding employed
See the birds fly
A mockingbird cry
Feel the wind blow
Above and beneath
The evening sky
No remorse employed
Regrets not even a few
All life is abound
With joyous blessings too.
